I'm home and recovering from all the fun, mexican maritnis, Shiners, and Tito's Handmade Vodka. The Collings guitar folks are awesome and once again had some great parties. I was lucky enough to enjoy some Salt Lick BBQ with Robert Earl Keen and get a Texas history lesson from his wife, Kathleen. The summer NAMM show was mellow, but cool. I couldn't believe the lightning shows in Austin this year...a record July for rain...unreal. I was hanging out, then I was gone....I loved the good times but I was glad to get back home.
